Los franceses The Grifters están que no paran. Por un lado presentan su segundo PhotoBook, un libro de 104 páginas A5 a todo color repletas de fotografías analógicas con el estilo al que nos tienen acostumbrados. También encontrarás la versión sin cortes de la última entrevista que ofrecieron a la revista Concrete más un reportaje sobre un viaje a los siete lagos de Rila en Bulgaria. French The Grifters don’t stop. They are releasing their second PhotoBook, which has 104 A5 full color pages filled with film pictures. Also you will find the uncut version of their last interview on Concrete magazine plus a travel report from a hiking trip to the Seven Lakes of Rila in Bulgaria. All of them personally signed. Los chicos de Popup Press acaban de publicar uno de sus proyecto más ambiciosos, la edición de 100 ejemplares de un librillo de 13x17cm de 172 páginas llamado Red Handed. El título significa algo así como “con las manos en la masa” o “in fraganti” y le viene al dedillo a esta publicación que contiene exclusivamente fotos de writers en plena acción. Los encargados de fotografiar a los más de 50 escritores y escritoras han sido: Ludwig Allersleben, Walter Domingo y George G. Los fotógrafos y Popup Press celebran el lanzamiento este sábado 17, si te pilla por Basel (Suiza) no dudes en pasarte por la Galería New Jersey donde se celebra el evento. The guys at Popup Press just published one of his most important projects, an edition of 100 books with 172 pages, 13x17cm called Red Handed. The title means something like catch “hands on” and it is a perfect title for an issue that contains only pictures of writers in action. Ludwig Allersleben, Walter Domingo and George G. took the pictures of the more than 50 writers that appear at the book. The photographers and the guys of Popup Press celebrate the launch on Saturday 17, if you are around Basel (Switzerland) feel free to join the event at the New Jersey Galery. El volumen, cuya edición parece ser excelente, recopila las mejores obras de sus tres últimas exposiciones en Marsella, Tokyo y Suiza. El libro muestra el mundo pictórico de Honet con sus característicos personajes, esqueletos y carácteres enmascarados. Always great, the french Honet SDK publish his first monographic book. The edition seems to be excellent, puts on display artworks of his three past exhibitions in Marseille, Tokyo and Switzerland. The book throws us in the artist’s pictural world, showing us his most known characters such as monsters, skeletons and masked characters. Although is not graffiti, we recomend you this eBook of urban exploration made by Neil Ta, a canadian fotographer based in Toronto. I’m sure that a lot of writers will feel identified when they tell that for most of the urban explorers, it has no sense making his actions without taking pictures of it.
